today

Jen, at least you learned that your procedure may need to be tweaked. And you're brilliant. So if there's something to be found, you'll find it. And the longer it takes the better it will look for you, because then it won't look easy. I hope that makes you feel better. Mind you, the extent of my science knowledge ended in junior college. :B I try.

Today generally sucked.

Art store: the last shipment. Moved boxes (HEAVY boxes) around.

Bubba's: was late because had to go back home to get apron, shirt, shoes, etc. (had slept at parent's last night and got off work little later than I should have THROUGH NO FAULT OF MINE) so I got changed from great money-making tables to sucky section. That was okay, my mood remained optimistic. Then a 30 party walks in and another coworker and I spit it, but the manager who was supposed to combine the checks didn't do it entirely correctly so they end up not paying for a big portion of their meal. Because it was on her screen, I didn't even know there was a problem until way too late to correct anything. That really sucked.

I am Definitely On The Look Out for a Better Job.

Sometimes it's fun to use lots of caps.

It was nice to see my parents last night. Very homey and comforting. Even my cat was the same. I'm still her favorite person. She likes to be with me if I'm around and there aren't any strange people in the house (in which case she hides.) We had eggs for dinner (well, most of us, my Dad only had cream of wheat! Poor thing still isn't feeling well.) But I was really happy to be there, share a simple meal that brought back memories of my childhood, and see them again. I also cleaned the inside of my car which took forever. The outside is still a mess, but I didn't have time, it got too dark.

Dayni - I'm sure you'll have fun in Bonfante tomorrow. Wish I could go!

I have to sleep now. Arevaderla mon ami.
