simple confession
that is the name of the song I've been practicing for the last few hours. I'm memorizing it. It's one of those songs that's fun to play, lots of changes and builds up. Like some songs make you feel like dancing, this song makes you feel like playing it. I have a lot of it down except for the absolute climax part.
Not really hard either, only a few times I have to figure out the notes, and so fun to play. I've always liked playing this song but never tried memorizing it until now. I think it was already mostly memorized because I know the melody so well. It's such a great song to play. Poor Andre has probably gone nuts by now though.
After I get this song down I'm going to go back to practicing other songs I liked. There's a really difficult one called Nocturne that I want to learn (or learn again). It's easier when you've heard the song before.
I'm pretty sleepy now. Time to crash.

How nice that you play the keyboard! I played the piano for quite some years, but most of it I forgot after not having played it for some years now. And I actually sold my piano before coming here :'-(! But later, when I'm making a fortune, I'll buy a new one ;-).
I didn't realize how much I missed playing, I grew up with a piano in the house but haven't played anything for almost 4 years since moving out. I got the keyboard for Christmas from my parents; it was a great gift!
