This DVD
That would be Jeff Novick. He's a nutritionist with Dr. McDougall and even better, he has classical cooking training. It's a DVD compilation of recipes that take 10 minutes that are very healthy (as in heart-healthy, watching weight healthy, etc.) They're also really yummy! I made the cauliflower potato curry and it's really good. I made it twice now. Also there's some soup called Longevity soup that everyone's raving about, so I want to try that one soon. All his meals seem to be about having a pot, wooden spoon (his is called a spurdle), and heating up a bunch of frozen veggies, then adding spices. They really only take 10 minutes if you do it his way, but I take a bit longer since I use and chop fresh garlic, onion, etc.
Anyway, I'm enjoying the curry so much thought I'd share.
