Poor As Dirt last night, what a blast.

We cast the script and I learned there will be some tweaking of it. I'm Jen (Jennifer) but my name's going to change to Destiny. And I get to color my hair...pink! Or blue, that'd be fun. How very "Endless Sunshine..."

I re-read the script now that I had people to put in as the characters, and it really made it come alive more. So I'm much more into the script and seeing possibilities for it more now.

I'm getting excited about this. We're going to have weekend rehearsals and there are good people working on this -- everyone's being professional about it all.

We have one of our locations... we need a bedroom now. If we absolutely have to, we can use mine. Although I don't think it fits well with my character because of my white furniture and the crowdedness of the room.

Also -- this is almost the best part -- everyone's in this equally. I love that! We're even going to have contracts that say that. And there were jokes that the actors will be paid a dollar because I wanted to frame my first paid acting assignment buck. I don't know if that's going to skew the equality thing but I meant it as a joke, and actually, it would be really cool if it were just a check for a dollar. That would be equal and I would have something to frame. I love this kind of cheesiness. I'm going to insist that I'm paid with a check because it's a symbolic thing. Not like I *need* a single dollar bill *that* much.

Yeah, I'm really liking this group.

I should get headshots soon. Everyone keeps asking about them and expecting them.

Hey...I just got an idea...anyone want to practice taking headshots on me? Must be black & white. For headshots, you should use a big zoom, like 50 mm - 180 mm and get in tight on my face. Damn. Too bad I suck at makeup wearing. Anyways, I will pay for the film & developing. Or, if Lisa doesn't mind doing a digital -- that would work too for right now because a lot of it is "send me your pic" meaning via email. Ok, that's it, thanks.
