Last we heard...

I hit snooze from 7 AM until 7:50 this morning. I was so sleepy. I had different dreams, all very weird.

I went to bed at 11-ish last night, which explains my extreme grogginess. I came to work 20 minutes late. I'm just asking to get my lazy ass fired.

Yesterday I bought a thigh-master from the good will. 6 bucks. I walked to work yesterday and I bought it on my way home, after stopping at Jasmines for some pork fried rice and pot-stickers. I must've been a sight with my thigh-master poking out of my backpack, walking home, chowing down on greasy pot-stickers.

I haven't tried it yet, but I think it will be good for warming up my inner thighs before and after I practice the splits.

Last night I watched way too much tv. Not even good tv. There was a strange movie with lousy special effects called "The Haunting" that I somehow got myself sucked into. Finally it ended. Then I watched other stuff, not much was on...and lastly I watched an "after the show" Oprah thingy and got myself freaked out about how much water I'm not drinking daily. So this morning I decided to put an end to that (it's surprising how horrible it is on your body if you don't drench the insides with gallons of water daily) so I filled up my 1.5 L bottle with water and I've been drinking it all morning. I guess I've had about half of it. I'm not really sure how much that equates to though. Everyone says 8 - eight ounce glasses, but how many ounces are in 1.5 L? It also says 1 Qt, 1 Pt, 2.7 FL OZ but that doesn't help me much either. I better figure this math out before I jip my body of the good water it needs. I don't want to think I'm dehydrating myself on account of my poor math skills.

Apparently, I'll need to pee a lot at first, but my body will get used to it and then I'll be in an optimum state of health.

It's weird because just having the water there makes me thirsty for it.
