lots to do today

last night i went dancing and really had fun. i went with hilde who plays anya in the play. i met some of her roommates. it's great to have fun people to hang out with and i feel normal again now. as in yes, people do like me. i can get insecure about that sometimes. the place we went was also really cheap ($3 & coat check $1) but the music was great for dancing. it was just a bit crowded. but i had fun anyways, banged elbows and all :)

my fam's over from utah. yay! can't wait to hang with alex. of course i'll feel normal around him, he's a bucket of fun. i cleaned up around my place and i'm taking the last of the last home w/me today. so it's all livable. hilde has an awesome place in the mission. not just a narrow hallway and rooms - an actual living area, nice kitchen - cool tiles with letters and words everywhere - neat bathroom. there's murals here and there, and even a little cubby-hole kind of loft-y room, hard to describe, but it puts my pink decorated room to shame with its awesomeness. hehe. she's also a lot of fun and easy to talk to and dump lots of stuff i just can't tell everyone.

anyway, i'm glad she's in the play, i have a friend.

so i gotta finish loading my car, pick up some treats for the kids, head over to the east bay and hang with my fam, then come back for rehearsal. i might have plans tonight, might not, who knows. i really should concentrate on the friggin' script but it's so easy to get distracted. but i'm good. i won't let myself get too unprepared. if anything, i'll over-do it. so yeah, gotta do that too.

tomorrow should be fun too.

i'm glad i'm over here. it's easier to go out and do things. in san leandro i was limited to hanging around downtown. whew, what a Happening place, let me tell ya. *****DRIPPING sarcasm****

all right, enough. gotta begin za day.

mm. still tired from last night. i'm just happy for once, glad to be having some fun.
