weekend

Friday night I went to Deven's housewarming/roomie's b-day party. At first it was pretty empty so I got to know some of the friends there. Then a coworker of Deven's arrived and I got to know him. He's only 17 but very friendly and he drove all the way from Walnut Creek. I told him he should get an agent and start modeling, then I could get credit for starting him in showbiz :) Then it was only around 11 but he had to go and I was tired and had to get up early Sat. morning so I said my goodbyes too.

Then Saturday morning, almost like a workday, I got up around 7:30ish. (I forgot to mention, have had horrible sounding cough since at least Thursday..)

So, somewhat sleep-deprived because of this annoying itchy cough, I got up and made it to Dayni's at 8:30ish. Then Dayni drove up to Davis where we sauntered around the Farmer's Market. That was fun. It was really nice and sunny and laid-back. The only problem was it was kinda pointless to buy anything which could perish on the long ride home. So anyway, I bought a bracelet. Then Dayni gave a great tour of the campus and we passed this creek with many cute ducklings. Then we hung out around downtown which is also cute. And I made Dayni try on dresses for fun. I did too. I tried on a dressy lingerie ensemble that costs $348.00! It was size 8 but very very very long.

So then...

We were going to go over to Jen's and hang out watch some movies or something...

BUT! we got stuck in traffic. Which is kinda fun with Dayni cuz she sings very easily so much singing was done. And her eyes started tearing up for no reason.

By the time we got to San Leandro, everyone decided to call it a night.

So anyway.... Sunday.... whatIdoyesterday???????

I slept in. But not well cuz of stupid cough...

um...

Then I got ready....

Oh yes. I was going to check out this photography studio where I might interview so I found it. Then I started snoozing in the car and Lisa called about lunch or something. So I checked out the place (it was closed but looks big) and met them in Emeryville. Which was great cuz I haven't seen Lisa, Jen, and Dayni all at once in ages. Oh, Greg too. So we ate at this skewer place called Askew, yummy. Then we went to Lisa's and checked out her reptiles. Then we went to this outdoor play, Cyrano de Bergerac which I and Dayni really liked. It was really crowded and well done. This guy John never called! Or he did but left a dopey message w/o his #. Flake. Anyway, then we went to Shattuck and had Indian, very good but the wait was looong.

So I had a very busy weekend. Once my cough goes away I want to visit grandma. Also, have been meaning to write some letters, need to do that.

I'm really really tired. I am also blaming itchiness in throat on fishtank. (You know, from the humidity). Fishtank must go. Anyone want it? PLEEASE!???

I'm going to try to get rid of it before the week is over...

I hate this cough. It's so loud, painful, and unproductive. I feel not well. :(
